Our Pizza

We take great pride in our dedication to sourcing and utilizing only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. This commitment underscores our relentless pursuit of creating delicious pizzas.

The Mozzarella

We are only using quality, fresh, and sustainably produced Mozzarella with a completely transparent supply chain.

Our producer doesn’t import the milk or curd from other countries, everything is sourced locally, and the final product has the lowest food miles possible. It doesn’t get any fresher unless we make it ourselves!

The wood

We use beech briquettes for our fires. They are environmentally friendly, as they’re made out of recycled wood waste, provide low emission cooking and in a nutshell, they combine the best of tradition with modern technology when it comes to wood-fired pizza.

The tomatoes

Our tomato sauce recipe is very simple, it involves tomatoes, salt and fresh basil.

We only use canned San Marzano tomatoes, harvested at their flavour and nutrition peak and canned within just a few hours. They are at the base of most of our delicious creations. Literally.

Our Dough

Developing the perfect pizza dough recipe doesn't happen overnight. It took us years to adapt classic Neapolitan recipes to the ever changing climate of the UK in order to come up with a product that is consistent batch after batch.

The result is a long proofed dough, light and full of flavour. It’s so good, you could eat it on it’s own!
